Fabric DTF transfers (shirts, hoodies, totes): press at 310–320 °F for 12–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure, then peel while hot. A household iron works for small designs.

UV DTF transfers (mugs, tumblers, glass, acrylic, metal): do not use heat. Clean and dry the surface, peel off the top transparent layer, position the design and press it down firmly with a squeegee or your fingers, burnish for 15–20 seconds, then peel off the backing.

Printed instructions ship with every order.

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase.

• Delivery times vary by location, usually 1–6 business days after shipment.

• Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.

• Orders returned due to address errors require repayment of shipping fees.

• Tracking numbers are provided once orders are shipped.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DTFGO, every order is custom-made according to the design files provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of confirmed production defects or shipping damage.

File Responsibility

• Artwork is printed exactly as submitted, without modification, adjustment, or correction.
• Customers must ensure files are accurate, properly sized, and print-ready before submitting.
• If unsure about file readiness, contact our team before placing your order.
  

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for verified production defects or shipping damage.
• All DTF transfers and other custom products cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before the start of the next business day after purchase.
• Cancellation requests must be emailed to support@dtfgo.com with the order number.
• Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact support@dtfgo.com within 2 business days of delivery if your order is damaged or defective.
• Provide the order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds (Approved Cases Only)

• Refunds are issued only for confirmed production errors or shipping damage.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

• We guarantee accurate printing based on the design files provided.
• All transfers are produced using professional-grade materials and equipment.
• High-quality prints with proper curing and color fidelity are ensured.

• Warranty does not cover damage from improper application, such as incorrect heat press settings or unsuitable surfaces.
• Issues arising from low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or poor contrast are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party alterations void the warranty.
